To avoid confusion, we say that all items will be with you within 2 weeks as some are made to order. However we do try and keep some stock ready to ship, so if you need it pronto, just drop us a message and we can give you a clearer timeline for your specific order.

Any damages will be replaced free of charge . Just take a picture of the product and the box and send it over and we will get a replacement out to you asap.

We understand that seeing and feeling something first hand rather than online can be a very different experience. However, we are a small maker making unique pieces - we are up front about small variations from piece to piece - that’s what makes each one unique. We of course accept returns and will refund the cost of the product (not postage) fully, however we ask you to return it in its packaging at your expense.

Yes, we love a commission and personalising pieces. Just get in touch with your ideas and we can get the creative ball rolling. Typically, we will sketch something up digitally for approval and then execute the real ceramic piece. We have to add a fee for the extra work, but this varies from job to job.
